About Us:
We are a newly formed entity of passionate, experienced professionals dedicated to making a real impact in the treatment industry. Our team includes an outreach specialist with over a decade of experience working with diverse mental health and SUD populations, from the unsheltered to incarcerated individuals preparing for release. Recognized in the New York Times for her work with the unsheltered, her client-centered approach serves as the foundation of our mission.
Our chief executive, a former financial analyst for Humana and Seven County Services, later transitioned into compliance and business development, helping startups including struggling AODEs restructure into thriving, high-quality treatment providers. Through this work, critical gaps in the industry were identified —most notably, the need for genuine, outcome-driven care.
Community partners and affiliate care providers play an essential role in our holistic approach. The organizations we align with have demonstrated their commitment to the clients they serve. They are compassionate hardworking people who know they can count on us and we them.
With a shared commitment to client-focused treatment, we set out to build a program where clinicians can specialize in their areas of passion, fostering innovation while maintaining a collaborative, data-driven approach. Whether through refining traditional treatment models or developing new methods, our goal is to provide exceptional care while continuously analyzing and improving client outcomes.
Our Plan
Through our extensive network, we have access to more clients than we can initially accommodate. To ensure quality care, we will start with a controlled client roster, allowing us to refine our systems and processes before expanding.
Our services will include IOP, psychoeducation, Therapeutic Rehabilitation Programming (TRP), case management, individual treatment, peer support, Community Support Associate (CSA) services, and DUI classes. Through our affiliates and community partnerships, we will also provide vocational training, career coaching, job placement, and other supportive services tailored to individual client needs. Additional services will be introduced as necessary.
We are committed to collaborating with housing providers to support their residents and have established relationships with various divisions of the Department of Corrections (DOC). Our goal is to help clients navigate legal challenges and meet court-ordered requirements, not just as a compliance measure but as an opportunity to plant the seed of lasting change.
We are launching two specialized residential outpatient programs designed to address substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions, while also empowering clients to transform their lives beyond treatment.
1️⃣ Comprehensive Recovery & Life Transformation Program
This program goes beyond treatment—clients will not only work through their substance use and mental health challenges but will also engage in a highly structured, goal-oriented process that unlocks their strengths, interests, and potential.
By embedding personal development, career-building, and life skills training into treatment, we help clients break free from the system and step into a future they never thought possible.
This program is designed for recently incarcerated individuals who are seeking a fresh start and the tools needed to successfully reintegrate into society. Beyond addressing substance use and mental health challenges, this program focuses on rebuilding life skills, securing employment, and fostering long-term stability.
This program is highly individualized, ensuring each client receives tailored support in overcoming personal, legal, and societal barriers while developing a self-sufficient, goal-oriented lifestyle.
Whether they were incarcerated because of actions stemming from untreated mental health or they developed new mental health conditions as a result of being incarcerated The Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) reports that 64% of jail inmates, 54% of state prisoners, and 45% of federal prisoners.
